The fine print, kept plain

Privacy & cookies

Last updated: July 2026

The short version: we don't load any analytics or set any cookies until you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, nothing tracking-related runs. This page explains the rest.

Who is responsible for your data

This site is run by Nakedoracle OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 14764439), based in Tallinn, Estonia. For anything about your data — access, correction, deletion, or a question — email privacy@nakedoracle.com.

What we collect, and why

When you book an intro call

Our booking form is run through Calendly. When you schedule a call you give your name, email, and any details you add. We use this only to arrange and hold the call. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Analytics — only if you agree

If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we load two tools that help us understand how the site is used:

The legal basis is your consent. Neither loads, and neither sets a cookie, unless you accept. You can change your mind at any time (see “Your cookie choice” below).

Hosting logs

The site is hosted on Netlify, which processes standard technical data (such as your IP address and browser) to serve pages and keep the site secure. This is necessary to run the site and doesn't depend on the cookie banner.

Cookies we use

Before you choose, there are no analytics cookies. If you accept, these are set:

Your accept/decline choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie, and never sent to us) so the banner doesn't ask again.

Your cookie choice

You're in control. To review or change your choice at any time, open Cookie settings — the banner will reappear so you can accept or decline. Declining after you'd accepted stops further analytics storage; you can also clear the existing cookies in your browser settings.

Who else sees your data

We don't sell your data. It's handled on our behalf by the providers above — Google, Apollo, Calendly, and Netlify — acting as our processors. Some of them are based outside the EU/EEA (for example in the United States); where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards those providers offer, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop a particular use, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@nakedoracle.com and we'll handle it. If you think we've got it wrong, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
