Privacy, in plain language

There are exactly three ways this site can collect anything about you: the contact form, the booking link, and analytics you have agreed to. Here is what each one does.

The contact form

It collects your name, your work email, optionally your company, and what you write about your workflow. We use it to read what you sent and reply to it, and for nothing else. Workflow descriptions often contain details about how your company works; we treat them as confidential and use them only to prepare our answer. Submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site and processes the form, and then sit in our email once we reply.

The booking link

If you book a call, that happens on Calendly, not here. Nothing about Calendly loads on this page until you click the link, and what you enter there is covered by their privacy policy as well as ours.

Analytics, only if you say yes

We would like to know how this page gets used, so we use Google Analytics. It is switched off by default: nothing loads and no cookies are set until you press Accept on the banner. If you decline, or simply ignore it, no third party sees your visit at all. You can change your mind at any time from cookie settings, and declining changes nothing about how the site works for you.

Everything else on this page is served from our own servers, fonts included, so there is nothing else phoning home.

What we never do

We don't sell your data, share it with anyone for marketing, or add you to a mailing list. Writing to us subscribes you to nothing.

Your data, your call

Ask, and we delete everything you have sent us. You can also ask for a copy of it, or have it corrected. Write to privacy@nakedoracle.com and it is done. No form, no justification needed.
